Founder & President

Pastor Gairy Castor

During long-term incarceration, Pastor Castor devoted himself to legal study, prison ministry, mentorship, educational support, and post-conviction advocacy. His personal legal journey ultimately resulted in the overturning of a life sentence and a resentencing that created a pathway to freedom. He established the organization’s framework and continues to lead its ministry, advocacy, mentorship, and development.

Susan Castor

Susan Castor brings faithful service, compassionate leadership, administrative support, and organizational continuity. Throughout Pastor Castor’s incarceration she remained steadfast, supported incarcerated people and their families, preserved critical records, and helped sustain the vision. She supports administration, volunteer engagement, organizational development, and strategic planning.

Samuel Moore

Samuel Moore brings extensive experience in education, mentoring, ministry, public speaking, writing, advocacy, and reentry support. During nearly twenty-six years of incarceration he worked extensively in institutional education departments and mentored hundreds of men in literacy, GED preparation, academic development, character formation, and spiritual growth.

J.D. Ward Payne

J.D. Ward Payne brings decades of legal advocacy, paralegal study, mentoring, leadership, and community service. During approximately forty-nine years of incarceration he became a respected resource for people seeking legal guidance, encouragement, and hope. As Secretary he provides governance support, recordkeeping, and organizational accountability.
